Work will not begin until the payment has been received.

If payment has not been received within one week, the commission will be considered terminated and the invoice canceled.

100% refunds can be given, provided work has not been started on the image. Once the image has been completed and emailed, full refunds can no longer be offered, as the customer already has the product. However, partial returns based on amount of work completed can be discussed.

This purchase is either for digital or traditional goods, once the customer has received the finished product and approved it, the commission will be completed. Forced refunds or chargebacks are a violation of the Terms of Service.

The customer can contact me at any time for the six months following the commission for minor edits. The first edit is free, but sequential edits may be subject to additional fees.

All customers must be at least 18 years of age before sending any payments. If under 18, a parent or guardian must contact me before I can accept a commission. I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the age of 18 for any reason.

By paying for the invoice, you are agreeing to these Terms.
